Simple birthday and traditional wedding cakes have now become elaborate, edible works of art! What used to be done in an afternoon, now can take days and even weeks! Whether you are celebrating a wedding, birthday, anniversary (or any special event) a properly designed cake can become the centerpiece of the room. This is the art form I have fallen in love with and am excited to share with you!
As you visit the photo galleries, keep in mind that selecting a cake design for your event will make a statement about who you are and your sense of style. Just like individual people, every cake should be unique. Designs run from contemporary, elegant and traditional to wildly fun and whimsical… there are no rules (well, when designing stupendously outrageous cakes.... we DO have to follow the laws of gravity!) , and it's all about YOU!
