BRIDES
If you are a Bride-to-be, first of all Congratulations! What an exciting time this is for you!!! Second, I would recommend you review the availability calendar (click here) , the wedding cake terms of agreement (click here) and FAQ's (below) as they may answer many of the questions you might have. Finally, please enjoy browsing through the flavors, cake photo galleries and the local Wedding Resources pages for ideas for your wedding.
When you are ready, we would be happy to schedule a free bridal consultation, with complimentary tastings!
FAQ'S
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY WEDDING CAKE?
At Tasteful Indulgence we suggest that you reserve your wedding date as soon as possible.
We NEVER over-book, or rush, our cakes and therefore are very protective of our schedule (and your cake!). The sooner you book your date (with the required deposit and contract) the better your chance of getting the actual date of your wedding. Although we may have an opening for a last minute wedding (2-3 months notice) We are currently reserving wedding dates as far as 12-18 months in advance.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
Tasteful Indulgence happily delivers wedding cakes anywhere in Nebraska, and Western Iowa!
Just a few of the places we have delivered:
Omaha
Lincoln
Grand Island
Scribner
Columbus
Pierce
Spalding
Hallam
Glenwood, Iowa
York
Geneva
McCool Jct.
Plymouth
Beatrice
Henderson
and even LAS VEGAS!
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY FEE?
Wedding cake delivery fees are calculated into the wedding cake quote given to you at the time of your consultation, so there are NEVER any surprises. For long distance deliveries this fee is calculated based on mileage and the current price of fuel.
CAN I ORDER A WEDDING CAKE FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE AND GET A GROOM'S CAKE FROM YOU?
OR
CAN MY AUNT MAKE THE CUPCAKES?
At Tasteful Indulgence it is against our policy to serve cakes at an event where other cakes will be served, this includes (but is not limited to) wedding cakes, cupcakes, sheet cakes, and grooms cakes. We work very hard to ensure that each cake is moist and delicious, producing an exemplary product, and, cannot afford to have other cakes mistaken for our work. We also have very strict sanitation codes that we adhere to, and are not willing to accept the liability of serving cakes along side of others where we don't know the conditions under which they were prepared. This only applies to cakes, not other desserts, cookies or candies.
