The great CORN CAKE was the CENTER of our celebration today. Everyone loved looking at it and loved eating it...It fed the group of 13 relatives with just the right amount of left overs.

Just wanted to let you know that your cake was a huge hit in Denver!!! Alison was so surprised and we totally enjoyed the delicious cake. We (our family) were able to eat about half of it and Alison told me this morning that she ate a couple more slices at home and then decided she had better take it to work so she wouldn’t gain too much weight... She said that it disappeared really quickly once everyone found out it was in the kitchen at work and she said everyone commented it was the BEST carrot cake they have ever tasted. And I whole heartedly agree. It was delicious, Kitty.

From the first time I tasted Kitty's cake in February 2011 I couldn't wait until my son's high school graduation. I was so excited to see and taste the cake that we had picked out. Kitty delivered on all accounts. The cake was the best I had ever tasted and the design was amazing. Everyone at our party commented on what a great cake it was. Even those who said they were too full to eat weren't too full to try the cake. It was simply wonderful!
